An Update On Our Development Pipeline

The BrandtHG Development pipeline has made major progress since our last update. Between hotel builds, agriculture dealerships, and capital improvements – we had a busy 2024!

We are looking forward to a Spring 2025 opening for our Hampton Inn & Suites Wheat Ridge Denver West. Guest rooms are taking shape with paint and flooring finishes.

Residence Inn Parsippany, NJ and Fairfield Inn & Suites Central Park, CO are in the beginning stages of construction. We look forward to sharing more about these projects as they progress.

BrandtHG Development is also managing the renovation of our Home2 Suites Sioux Falls Sanford Medical Center. Guest rooms and Common Areas are receiving a refresh. Kudos to the property team for their hard work in keeping the hotel operational during this process!

Valley Plains Equipment recently wrapped up. The clients are moved in and getting settled. Shoutout to Project Manager, Jared Summers for pushing this project to the finish line. We’ve begun our next dealership project in Humphrey, NE.
